We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant specialist.
In this role, you will:
- Proven working experience in a planning/finance role, especially in Fraud, Banking or Finance domains
- Articulate, excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in working with geographically dispersed teams
- Solid organizational skills, ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects/requests
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Relevant certifications
- Experience with Agile and DevOps models/projects
- Manage Risk and Control items
- Manage Pioneer (HSBC planning tool) uploads as necessary and requested
- Manage GPDM (HSBC planning tool) to standards, including software capitalization as needed
- Maintain Clarity (HSBC project planning tool) and monitor spending
- Maintain HIBS (monthly) monthly billing report
- Monthly application of actuals and performing reforecasting
- Submit HIBS adjustments
- Research/analyzes and provides explanations on Actual to Forecast variances
- Maintains collection of transaction data to be used for CAMS (allocation methods)
- Work with hiring team, be aware of changes in staffing and impacts to budget
- Maintain all third party vendor invoice payments
- Other financial/planning activities that are required throughout the year
