Finance Manager, FP&A


Position Summary


This position is responsible for supporting APJ Laboratory Products. We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Manager to join our team. You will play a crucial role in providing analysis and support to various areas of our organization. This position requires effective analysis and communication with management to drive business decisions and provide financial support for the APJ Laboratory Products business units. This is a highly visible role, where the position will work closely with Division Leadership team, Division Finance, APJ Commercial team, Country Commercial and Country FP&A.


Key Responsibilities


Forecasting and Reporting


  • Own and manage the forecasting and reporting process. Work with country commercial & FP&A teams and APJ commercial leads & sales ops team to compile and provide reasonable forecast to BUs
    • Weekly pulse call
    • Monthly business review
    • STRAP
    • AOP
  • Lead all consolidation activities and deliverables to Division and APJ corporate
  • Provide analysis to APJ Commercial team and Division on revenue, Opex, P&L and other key financial metrics
  • Provide guidance to Country FP&A on forecasting and reporting matters
  • Develop and improve reporting and analysis to enhance visibility to business performance
  • Ensure PLN loads are completed on a timely basis. Provide guidance and assistance to country FP&A teams on PLN matters.

Requirements/Qualifications


  • Business or Finance related degree
  • At least 7-10 years of Financial Planning and Analysis experience
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to influence partners from multiple departments, and to communicate with sales
  • Experience working in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment and demonstrate strong organizational problem-solving skills
  • Ability to correlate results from data analysis to sales processes to provide insights and support business decisions
  • Strong self-direction and initiative; willingness and ability to take complete ownership of responsibilities
