If you are a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with expertise in banking operations and large-scale fundraising, this is a great opportunity to take your career to the next level.Key ResponsibilitiesFundraisingLead and execute large-scale fundraising activities, including structured financing, debt syndication, and equity fundraising.Build and maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions to secure favorable funding terms.Develop financial models and reports to support fundraising initiatives and decision-making processes.Demonstrate prior experience in raising ₹100 crore+ funds through debt or equity instruments.Bank Guarantee and Trade FinanceHandle the issuance, amendment, and renewal of bank guarantees, ensuring compliance with timelines and business requirements.Manage Letters of Credit (LC), including scrutiny, negotiation, and coordination with banking partners for smooth execution of trade finance operations.Compliance and Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, including RBI guidelines, FEMA, and other applicable laws.Prepare documentation for audits related to banking operations, trade finance, and fundraising activities.Strategic Financial ManagementOptimize the utilization of banking limits, including credit lines, overdrafts, and working capital facilities.Analyze and implement strategies to enhance cost efficiency in fundraising and banking operations.Banking OperationsManage and oversee day-to-day banking activities, including account management, transaction reconciliations, and payment processing.Act as the primary liaison with banking partners to ensure smooth operations and resolve discrepancies efficiently.Key RequirementsQualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).Experience: Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience in banking operations and proven expertise in big-ticket fundraising initiatives.Prior experience in successfully raising ₹100 crore+ funds is mandatory.Strong understanding of trade finance instruments like Bank Guarantees and Letters of Credit.Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including compliance with RBI and FEMA guidelines.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Analytical mindset with expertise in managing large-scale financial operations.Why Join Us?Opportunity to lead critical banking and fundraising functions in a rapidly growing organization.Exposure to innovative and large-scale financial strategies in a dynamic work environment.Competitive compensation package with opportunities for professional growth and development.
