Job Description

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all accounting processes at the hotel. Responsibilities include:


  • Posting monthly transactions
  • Preparing monthly invoices and statements
  • Posting cash receipts and wire transfers, reconciling A/R trial balance to General Ledger as needed
  • Communicating with customers regarding collections issues
  • Assisting various special projects as assigned including receiving, inventory and purchase orders
  • Hotel cash bank 
  • Any other duties as assigned

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong PC skills including Excel, Word and financial accounting systems (Oracle preferred)
  • Two Years experience at same position
