Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.


  • Ensure daily follow up of Customer Outstanding of Beckman Coulter India Private Ltd & Beckman Coulter Switzerland.
  • Forecasting of Cash Collection monthly and achieving the collection target.
  • Review of Customer accounts and reconciliations of customers balances.
  • Review of credit/debit notes and passing the entry in Oracle system.
  • Review of customer credit worthiness and arranging for the approval.
  • Review of credit hold of the customers and providing the reason for the credit hold to the sales team.
  • Review of payment terms of customers and proposing of approval to the managers if any deviation from the standard work.
  • Arranging documents of Invoices/LR copy or other documents as required.
  • Ensure DSO target is meet as the target.
  • MIS on AR on a weekly basis.
  • Review of Unapplied cash and ensuring correct cash application as per the customer statement.
  • Cash application on daily basis based on customer advice against the payment made.
  • Raising the Intercompany Debit Notes and Credit Notes.

 EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: B.com/M.com/ MBA with 2 year of Experience.


OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Sound knowledge of the principles and practice of accounting. Strong interpersonal / communication skills. Ability to multi-task and meet critical deadlines.  Pro-active by nature, must be able to take ownership and complete tasks independently.  Ability to work in a dynamic and fast changing environment. Ability to use PC's.  Excellent written and oral English communication skills required will be added advantage if the candidate knows regional languages.
