Role Definition:
Primary financial and accounting support for a focus facility, subsidiary, or business unit team;
providing business analysis, cost analysis, financial counsel and strategic planning/analysis support to the Management Team.
Responsibilities
• Assist with business unit planning for upper level management, including facility manager, business unit manager and Vice President.
• Cost and investment analysis for upper level management (i.e. plant rates, ROI, Pricing and Make/Buy studies).
• Involved in consensus decision-making regarding the facility and/or business being supported.
• Responsible for routine monthly reporting including profit center results and Rolling Business Management (RBM) as well as annual business processes, including the business plan, and executive reviews.
• Managing a team of analysts & expertise in Financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.
Required Qualifications:
Education: CA, ICWA/CMA,..
Experience: 8~11 years of experience in financial analysis or controllership roles.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
Familiarity with ERP and financial software (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Knowledge of machine learning or AI in financial analytics.
Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
