About the role
The Traveler Interaction Center is our knowledge centre for Travel & Expense related topics, and it provides support to SAP’s employees, designs and delivers trainings, drives policy enhancements and works with T&E tools and documents.
The role reports to Finance Operations Manager of GFS T&E.
What you will do
• Handling Travel & Expense inquiries from SAP employees
• Proactively interact with travellers to solve possible issues related to T&E travel planning and reimbursement
• Act as single point of contact regarding T&E topics for T&E Audit team and internal customers – SAP employees
• Should be willing to take calls and chats when required.
• Drive change and improve the process.
• Monitor internal quality and ensure the completeness of T&E reporting
• Cooperate with GFS T&E Audit team to follow the standard in T&E procedures
• Educate SAP travellers about T&E tools, policies and procedures (organize and hold T&E info sessions)
What you bring
• Advanced English (minimum upper-intermediate); other language will be an advantage.
• Finance Graduate.
• Customer orientation, excellent customer care skills with proactive approach
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized and strong analytical skills
• Willingness to learn and improve
• Results driven, ability to work independently with self-motivation and discipline
