Finance Analyst- Accounts Payable

You are a highly motivated finance operation with strong business partnership skills and an approach of positivity, and constant improvement and you will be working closing with various business functions like Procurement, Internal Business, Tax. This role is responsible for the global operations for in-scope services for the A/P operation in Global Shared Services

You are responsible for Global AP UIR & Unapproved Invoices aging. You will be working closely with Procurement, Finance, Internal Business and our Partner. This position is primarily located in India- Bangalore

• You are responsible for managing the Un-Invoiced receipts & Ariba Unapproved aging for the Global AP Accounts.
• Provide Monthly read out on UIR & Unapproved Invoices aging
• Create reports for senior management and external stakeholders
• Responsible to assist the suppliers & Internal stakeholders on Ariba Receipts and Invoice submission.
• Responsible to closely work with IT team for any issues in the UIR account.
• Work closely with Procurement team on the aged PO’s for closure.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance and Accounts
• Proven Experience of 5to 7 years in Accounts Payables with Balance sheet reconciliations.
• Knowledge of Un-invoiced Receipts (GRIR)process.
• Hands on Experience in Oracle R12 & Ariba Smart Buy
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
