Key Responsibilities
  • Being responsible for key financial processes like Planning, Management Reporting (Including detailed analysis of revenue/Cost/Margin) and Month end close.
  • Build a strong and robust process for better reporting and decision making.
  • Enhance and automate consolidation and analytical frameworks for more efficient, relevant and timely reporting; drive continuous improvement in reporting and information sharing processes.
  • Develop financial models and metrics, and enable analytics helping business drive decisions
You must have

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration


Knowledge of Financial concepts and reporting tools/systems


Required Experiences:

5-8 years of overall finance experience


Knowledge and skills (General and Technical) Critical:

Extensive finance system and reporting experience


Exceptional analytical skills (linking results to drivers)


Advanced Excel, SAP, Hyperion, Accounting Knowledge

Good Interpersonal skills/Stakeholder management skills/Communication Skills


Business Acumen

Self-motivated, results-oriented and assertive individual


Preferable:

Exposure in Finance Domain


Experience with tools like Tableau/Power BI/Hyperion/Alteryx


Ability to assess when an issue needs to be called out for quick resolution


Professionally qualified or Masters from Finance Domain
