Provides support in daily Accounts Receivables tasks, monitors processes and ensures effectiveness of business controls, initiates improvements. Candidate should be able ensure proper recording and classification of accounting transactions. Should be able to use accounting and financial systems and tools to input data, generate reports and deal with cross functional queries.


Job Role: -
* Receipt Creation/applications on daily basis ensuring appropriate customer statement update
* Interacting with different stakeholders to get application details to get the receipts applied


* Daily bank reconciliation preparation and clearing open items
* Able to efficiently perform AR Month end close activities including Journal Voucher booking
* Experience with financial transaction processes and systems for reporting and dash board publishing


* Follow-up with Business to clear Cash in advance balances, unidentified receipts, credit card fall out cases etc


* Non trade invoice processing, clearance and reporting
* Ensuring success through collaboration within team on the daily tasks


Qualifications
  • Required skills:-
    * Proficient in MS office
    * Thorough knowledge of SAP ERP
    * Accounting background and clarity with good communication skills (Verbal & written- English)
    * Should have capability to be an excellent team player and deliver on a timely basis against assigned targets
    * Should be able to understand and draw linkages of the processes from an end-to-end perspective
    * B.Com / MBA with 2-3 years of accounting experience
