Job TitleField Service Engineer- MRIJob DescriptionJob title:Field Service EngineerYour role:Delivery:The FSE would ensure full compliance of Service Delivery Processes and deliver services both effectively and efficientlyThe FSE wouldconductsite surveysbefore taking over the Life Cycle Management of an installed machineThe FSE would alsoprovideDemonstration Supportfor the system in the regionThe position of a FSE would entailCommissioningandHanding-overof the respective systems projectsFSE wouldparticipate inCorrective Maintenanceand would also maintain and complete the PM Schedules within the stipulated time frameThe FSE wouldimplement FCOSelling :As a FSE, Person wouldactively participateandsupportin CS Sales Promotion and achievement of overall CS Team Sales TargetsFSE would coordinate the process of Spare parts Sales with the CustomerIdentifying opportunities forSystem Upgradesand promoting the same to the Customer would also fall within the jobs purviewThe FSE wouldprovide Competition Informationabout the latest developments and the prevailing market condition to enable the organization to be competitive.Service AdministrationThe FSE would report all necessary information both technical and administration[Call Completion Call Reporting, PM, FCO, Installations]as per the normsThe FSE would be responsible for proper handling ofparts/ Test&Measuring Instrumentsto ensure return of all parts with proper documentsThe responsibility of collectingCustomer Overdue Outstanding would lie with the FSE.Customer SatisfactionFSE would also be responsible fortimely escalationof certain issues to the concerned FSE and work as a team to provide appropriate.You're the right fit if:3+ years of experience into MRI modality.Experience in Service, Maintenance and installation.How we work togetherWe believe that we are better together than apart.
