Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in pharmaceutical formulators & API Manufacturers, Food, Flavours& Fragrances, Vegetable Oil Extraction companies and cosmetics & personal Care product manufacturing sectors.
- Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers
- Promote and sell APIs, excipients, and specialty chemicals to potential and existing clients.
- Achieve sales targets and expand the client base in the assigned region.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients on product applications and benefits.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to management.
- Travel extensively within HP, Punjab, Chandigarh, Uttarakhand, and Haryana to meet clients and generate sales.
Desired Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/marketing of APIs, excipients, and chemicals to pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and personal care products manufacturers.
- Strong network and industry connections within HP, Punjab, Chandigarh, Uttarakhand, and Haryana.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territories.
