TheField Marketing ManagerRole


As a Field Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving impactful marketing strategies tailored to your subregion/market. Partnering closely with Sales leadership, you’ll translate business objectives into an integrated marketing plan that aligns with both direct and indirect go-to-market (GTM) strategies. Reporting to the Head of Field Marketing, India, you’ll act as a strategic partner, identifying opportunities to elevate brand equity, enhance engagement, and accelerate revenue growth.


From executing high-impact marketing programs to leveraging key partnerships with Tech Alliances, Global System Integrators, and resellers, your role will be instrumental in shaping Qlik’s presence in the region. You’ll also play a key part in evaluating marketing impact, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring all marketing efforts contribute directly to business growth.

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:


  • Shaping Market Strategies: Develop and implement tailored marketing plans that drive engagement, build brand equity, and generate demand in your subregion.
  • Driving Sales Enablement: Ensure Sales teams have visibility on all marketing initiatives, equipping them with the right tools and insights to drive business growth.
  • Maximizing Partnerships: Leverage alliances with Tech Partners, System Integrators, and resellers to expand audience reach and generate revenue.
  • Optimizing Performance: Use data-driven insights to measure the impact of campaigns, optimize events, and refine marketing strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Bridging Global and Local Marketing: Influence centralized marketing plans by providing regional insights, ensuring global strategies are effectively localized for maximum impact.

We’re looking for a teammate with:


  • 8+ years of marketing experience, specifically with a background in B2B Field Marketing.
  • Enterprise software, BI or SaaS experience a plus.
  • Have worked across India & subregions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or equivalent experience
  • Partner marketing experience
  • Knowledge of marketing technologies such as SalesForce.com, Marketo, ON24, socialplatforms such as LinkedIn, and Microsoft office
  • Intent data (6Sense will be a plus) expert
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment is extremely important, particularly an entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to thrive in an environment of change and ambiguity
  • Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive a project or program to success
  • Have end-to-end, hands-on approach to marketing activities and programs
