Job Specific Summary:Lead programs and projects across APAC for Field Inventory to achieve targets, improve inventory health, increase country maturity in process, capabilities, obsolescence and waste reduction.Perform detailed analytics on Field Inventory, excess, optimization opportunities and present insights with ideas, to assist countries with action focused initiatives.Engagement and participation on APAC and Global programs, best practice and policy deployment, initiatives, data insights capabilities, and testing of new analytical insights across APAC.Impactful PowerPoint preparation, presentation and communication on Monthly KPI’s, new performance data insights, and program reviews for leadership and colleagues. Job Description:Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma).
- Prepares and presents impactful KPI and program update presentations to leadership and colleagues.
- Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams across APAC.
- Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
- Collects and analyzes data to identify root cause of problems and new actionable insights, with ideas on improvement.
- Engagement with field inventory, operations, supply chain, finance and commercial teams across APAC.
- Analyses and evaluates existing processes and policy for productivity improvements and compliance.
- Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls.
- Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
- Surveys and analyzes best practices for capabilities and processes across the global teams.
- Communicates performance progress.

Practical knowledge of project management, excellent data analytical, excel skills, and expertise with impactful PowerPoint preparation, presentation and communication capability.
Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
