Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions at our CBSE school. Responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with school policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies.
Manage recruitment and selection processes.
Conduct performance appraisals.
Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with employment laws.
Oversee payroll and benefits.
Organize training and development programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
2 to 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in education.
Strong knowledge of employment laws.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
Salary Range: 25k to 35k
