Job Summary


As part of your role, you will support the International Private Bank Fees and Billing function, which consistently strives to meet increasingly complex client and industry demands. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the Asset and Wealth Management business while applying your skills and experience to add significant value to the team and processes. You will be accountable for achieving key service metrics, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction with continuous improvement initiatives, all while maintaining strict adherence to risk and control guidelines. 


Job Responsibilities:


As Operations Team Leader in Fees and Billing Team you will be primarily responsible for:


  • Ensure accurate and timely fees are charged to IPB clients.
  • Perform fee set-ups, closures, calculations, and billing.
  • Responsible to implement multiple controls to ensure correct fees are charged to clients.
  • Maintaining fee documents and procedures
  • Producing MIS and trend analysis
  • Coordinate changes for any client documentation.
  • Address Front Office queries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in testing efforts during projects and discussions.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • Graduate or Post Graduate with a minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in fees and billing, or a solid understanding of fees and billing mechanisms
  • Proven experience in query and stakeholder management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic Microsoft tools
  • Attention to details.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Applying a preventative controls mindset to manage and mitigate risks
  • Strong client focus and commitment to client satisfaction
  • Proactive ownership of issues and deliverables, with a strong problem-solving approach

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:


  • Knowledge of IA, AI, and LLM tools with the ability to analyze tool fitment will be preferred.
