This team seeks a skilled and motivated individual. This includes ensuring material quality, mat e rial availabilit y , d elivery performanc e and cost c o mp e titiveness. Re v iew regularly th e d e ma n d and suppl y balance to anticipate change s . Mana g e assigned spen d with sourcin g strate g ies to establish a re s ilient and sustainable sourcing s tr a tegy t o me e t targ e ts o n quality, t o tal co s t of ownership and suppl y p e rformanc e . Focus on direct m a terial manag e me n t with en d -to-end responsibility from sale s bidding proce s s t o invoice pa y ment s . Your Responsibilities: Set yearly budgets (spend, cost reduction, payment terms etc.) for your factory in line with HUB Supply Chain Manager and respective category strategies. Support an d implement HUB sourcin g strate g y in th e fact o ry b y p roviding input (c o mple menting P& F ) to fact o r y requirements to the RfQ and m a rgin im p rovem e nt proce s ses. T ranslat e local m a terial p lanning and logistics re q uirement s (MOQ, pack a ging, c o mmunic a tion processes) int o servic e level agreements with suppliers. Engage actively in spen d manag e ment (correct input in SAP etc.). Execute an d deliver o n a greed str a tegy deploym e nt a c tions an d follow-up responsible function s and o ther st ak eholders. Align and deliver target s with focu s on safety, quality, timely deliver y and cost. Regularly report fina n cial performanc e and s u pply perf o rmance. Acti v ely engage in sales and operations planning (S&OP) by p roviding input o n critical m a terial d efinition phase and m a terial suppl y cap a bilities. Lead/support the comm o dity hedging p roces s in line with fact o ry co n trolle r . Act p rom p tly o n issues e scalated acc o rding to e s calation m a tri x . Own fact o ry cost reduction, co s t a voidance, claim recovery rep o rting and S CM performanc e trackin g . Ensure contract o r's qualificatio n (CCQ P ) ac c ording to p rocedures an d reg u lation. Lead supplier qualificat i on f o r your factory. Conduct Supplier P e rf o rmance Evalu a tions (SPE). Oversee the supplier re l ationship with regular re v iew contra c t e xecutio n , s upply perf o rmance, improv e ment activitie s a nd f u tur e . Act a s secon d level esc a lation resolution own e r o n PO manag e me n t an d delivery to p a y p ro cesses. Lead supplier qualificati o n f o r the factory and perf o rm ris k asses s me n ts. Plan an d assign audits t o Supply Quality & Development Enginee rs . Sco u t and research new suppliers. Apply and impleme n t S C M s tandar d s, tool s and p rocesse s in th e are a o f responsibilit y . W ork closel y with o ther functions to initiat e , p romote an d support p rojects execution in o rder t o bring value o n t o tal co s t of ownership, risk mitigation, qualit y , cash, lead time, m a terial availabilit y . Impleme n t a tion of m a t e rial cost reduction an d ris k mitigation projects. Your Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in one of the disciplines: finance, supply chain, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, production management or similar. 8+ years of relevant experience in supply chain management or operation management. Experience from transformer or automotive industry is a plus. Proven skills in negotiation and contract management. Knowledge in manufacturing of electrical steel, cores, insulation kits, insulation boards, bushings, tap changers and other transformer accessories. Good understanding in ISO standards, UN´s 17 Sustainable Development Goals, EcoVadis, REACH, RoHS, FMEA, PPAP and Conflict Minerals. Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
