Job Description

Job Summary
This Program management role leads the supply chain factory services readiness enabling activities for customers to be able to place orders from the factories. The ability to manage dynamic requirements & offer solutions to complex requests is essential as part of delivering to high level of customers' expectations of HP Products and Services.
Responsibilities


1.       Lead projects from receiving customers' services requirements to enabling Supply Chain orderability, meeting overall customers' expectations eg.TAT and quality goals. Area of work revolves around the customization of PC; enabling services loaded in factories to meet customers' unique requirements.


2.       Provide consultancy to the sales, category team on identifying the right services and solutions that fits customer`s requests.


3.       Involve the right stakeholders, set the right expectations, communicate process steps and timelines.


4.       Participate in Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Solution, engineering Design with customer and HP teams, assist in opportunity qualification and risk assessment.


5.       Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing guidance related to configuration services and engagement process. Provide Engineering solutions to projects.


6.       Run feasibility with relevant teams to find out if the customer`s requirements are feasible.


7.       Drive and coordinate the services delivery with WW Engineering team, Product Data team, and factory teams


8.       Track the details about the project progress, drive the communication with customers and sales.


9.       Coordinate the proof of concept with the customer and factory.


10.   Manage escalations effectively (if a technical problem, delay or customer escalation) by driving the resolution plans 


Requirements


·         Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computing, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent field with minimal of 7 years relevant experience.


·         Able to converse & write like a local in India main languages & English. Additional languages would be an advantage.


·         Strong industry leading knowledge on factory loaded Services and solutions would be an advantage.


·         Has shown evidence of enjoying in working with sales & customers. Experience in these area of collaboration are essential.


·         Strong leadership skills (driving attitude, results-oriented, proactive follow-up).


·         Strong planning, organizational & time management skills including  Project management skills and knowledge in associated tools (i.e. MS Project)


·         Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


·         Ability to effectively communicate plans, proposals and get results.


·         Technical knowledge in programing would be an advantage.
