Facility Manager - Soft Services What this job involves: As a Facility Manager specializing in soft services at JLL, you'll play a crucial role in shaping a brighter way for our clients and fellow employees. You'll oversee and coordinate various non-technical services that enhance the workplace environment, ensuring optimal comfort, safety, and productivity for building occupants. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to embrace innovative ways of working and contribute to our culture of collaboration, both locally and across the globe. What your day-to-day will look like: • Manage and coordinate soft services, including cleaning, security, reception, and catering • Develop and implement service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors and internal stakeholders • Monitor and evaluate service quality, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards • Lead and motivate service teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement • Manage budgets and optimize costs while maintaining high-quality service delivery • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance overall facility management strategies • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, with a focus on soft services • Strong knowledge of industry best practices and relevant regulations • Excellent leadership and team management skills • Proficiency in facility management software and MS Office suite • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications: • Master's degree in Facility Management or related field • Professional certifications such as FMP (Facility Management Professional) or CFM (Certified Facility Manager) • Experience with sustainable facility management practices • Multilingual capabilities • Experience in client-facing roles within the real estate or facility management industry At JLL, we support each other's wellbeing and champion inclusivity and belonging across teams.
