Job Description
You will be part of our Contract Logistics team, adding your procurement expertise + operational skills to the delivery of customer + operational excellence.
Your Role Your will be responsible for procurement of opex requirement, office supplies, facility management and other WHE maintenance for their region following 5Rs ( Right Product, Right Quantity, Right Quality, Right Time and Right Price ). Your Responsibilities
- To manage all opex procurement for the existing and new projects. Also ensure that the organization obtains the right product, in the right quantity, at the right time and at the right price.
- To manage all office supplies + facility management duties, including but not limited to liaison with property management, contractors for regular cleaning and maintenance.
- To prepare purchase request ( PR ) , processing GRN, ensuring timely submission of supplier invoices according to company standards and process.
- To manage AMC/CAMC and rate contract of existing and new vendors.
- To deep dive into research and chalk out regional potential suppliers based on the requirement. Also ensure smooth onboarding of new suppliers.
- To drive activities that enhance savings, reduce cost ratios by developing + implementing structured processes through leveraging, bulk sourcing + optimization.
- To foster long-term relationships with suppliers who provide the best offers during supply chain procurement.
- To monitor + ensure compliance across all procurement activities.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Has minimum 2 years procurement experience in supply chain.
- Managed relationship and negotiation with vendor/supplier.
- Have analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel,
