Overview The Manager - F&B and Site Operations will oversee the Food & Beverage (F&B) and site operations for PepsiCo's offices in Hyderabad and Gurugram, ensuring high-quality services and seamless management of site operations. The role involves managing a 1000-seater cafeteria with 14 counters in Hyderabad, coordinating events and meetings, and handling critical applications related to workplace operations. Responsibilities Food & Beverage Operations Manage cafeteria operations at Hyderabad and Gurugram, partnering with an approved food service company. Ensure quality, hygiene, and efficiency in F&B services to meet employee satisfaction. Monitor vendor performance and compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs). Event & Meeting Management Plan, organize, and execute corporate events and meetings across PepsiCo India offices. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and execution of events. Reception & Front Office Management Supervise office reception services through the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) partner. Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Application & Technology Management Lead and manage workplace applications, including Pep@Work, seat booking systems, occupancy management tools, and Corrigo applications. Oversee work order management and ensure system efficiency. Soft Services Management Ensure excellence in soft services, particularly for the café and training setups. Work with IFM teams to maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality in these areas. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Engage with local and global stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are met effectively. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance. Budget Management Prepare and manage budgets for F&B and site operations, ensuring cost optimization without compromising quality. People Management Directly and indirectly manage teams from the IFM partner, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to the team to drive operational excellence. Qualifications Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or a related field. Experience: 10-12 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in corporate or hotel industry setups. Experience in managing large cafeterias is a significant advantage. Proficiency in managing workplace applications and tools. Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage local and global stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in vendor and people management. Availability: Immediate joiners preferred. Competencies: Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
