What this job involves:


You'll work as Facilities Executive - Soft services, reporting into the Assistant Manager / Facility Manager at client location.


As you step into professional career building profile with JLL , In this varied role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


  • Takes care of all Soft Services operations and activities at client site and work with on site Facility & Admin Team
  • You will get detail knowledge on - Preparing all facility reports and utilities data.
  • You will be trained on effective coordination with various stake holders in Facility and client locations.
  • Basis on your profile you will be responsible for effective coordination for areas like housekeeping, client coordination, helpdesk, managing visits at site, front office management, mail room operations etc. in facility.
  • Effective coordination with various stake holders/business operations, space management etc
  • Track and ensure readiness for all imp events happening on site and also add values by making changes/training to ground team basis on your expertise
  • Keep track of all deliverables on site and ensureall scheduled tasks are completed as per TAT
  • You will work closely with Onsite Technical team and have all issues / helpdesk tickets are actioned.  
  • Ensure skills in managing vendor coordination , Incident management and on time communication

Key areas you will be using your skills:


  • Detail Facility Walkthrough
    • Ensure you take detail facility walkthrough and have eye for details to note any deviations / issues related to soft services and track closures
    • Assist Site Lead in ensuring site operations are managed effectively by highlighting observations proactively and also manage near miss issues to avoid escalations.
    • Prepare detail checklist for internal audits and implement with effective trainings to on site team.
    • Adhere to escalation and incident reporting procedures.
  • People Management/ Engagement
    • Ensure high staff morale, trust and work ethics.
    • Coordinate with the Site lead - on the implementation of FM Procedures and train vendor staff
    • Ability to manage the vendor technical teams
    • Ensure an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation and performance excellence within team
  • Procurement & Vendor Management
    • Ensure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time
    • Understand the vendor procurement processes comply with agreed client procurement guidelines as well as JLL best practices

Education and experience


Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management / Any Graduation with good communication skills and interest with working in Facility Management. A working knowledge of any major vertical industry will also be very helpful. 


An eye for detail


You’ll have an eye for detail and an ability to analyses qualitative and quantitative information – and translate this into strategic deliverables. 


Great organizational skills


You’ll have great time management and organizational skills, and be good at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment and adapting to your team’s or client’s changing requirements.
