Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the fleet operations of the company, which encompasses the preparation of rosters, maintenance of vehicles, adherence to EHS regulations, monitoring of efficiency, and tracking of occupancy levels.
  • Hands on experience to optimize transportation routes and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate records of trip sheets, log sheets, vehicle inspections reports, and drivers’ data in accordance with audit and EHS compliance.
  • Maintain daily & monthly transport reports.
  • Address all facility or fleet-related concerns and deliver timely solutions for round-the-clock operations.
  • Candidate must be willing to work night shifts to align with the needs of our global operations.
  • Consult with transport, facility, and security service providers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Regularly perform inspections on all fleet vehicles to ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Hands on experience in transport operation tools such as MoveInSync or Safetrax.
  • Implement company safety protocols and training programs for drivers and escort security staff.
  • Prepare and manage monthly invoices for fleet operations.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Ensure all building systems, including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, plumbing, and waste management, are functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Ensure all F&B services are available during all shift operations as per business requirements.
  • Maintain and ensure the smooth operation of housekeeping services in the facility.
  • Collaborate with multiple customers, stakeholders, and vendors to coordinate, communicate, and provide all required business support.
  • Ability to deal with leadership visits and organizational/business events.
  • Implement facility management policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Manage emergency situations and implement contingency plans for facility-related issues.

 Required Skills:


  • The ideal candidate must be willing to work on night shifts.
  • Knowledge of local and national regulations related to facilities and transport management.
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and improve operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices and energy management.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in facilities management, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in facilities management and transport management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Proficiency in facilities and fleet management software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
