Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all types of fabric development (Denim, Non Denim) to get in-line with brand aesthetic and innovation goals, cost & quality; responsible for potential fabric quality issues/risk and required to deliver manufacturing ready products for the brands.
• Collaborate with Senior Sourcing Manager, Fabric Manager, Product Developers.
• Develop and Establish fabric concept to commercialization as per GTM calendar.
• Work with mills & counter develop to provide standards / processes / risk analyze for new fabric development and share with product developers and garment manufacturer.
• Fabric grids are updated accurately with all appropriate information for Mill Week, workshops, commercial samples.
• Production fabrics follow up to proactively manage mill & Quality performance.

• Maintain KPI Dashboard’s for Development and Mass Production.
• Analyze potential failures during Development to quickly solve before product commercialization.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Textiles/Engineering.

• 5 to 6 years of denim & non-denim fabric development experience in a manufacturing facility / Buying house / Brand liaison office.
