Job Title: F&B Executive – Facilities Management


Department: Facilities


Reports to: Facilities Manager/F&B Manager


Location: JLL- Expedia Gurgaon


Job Summary


The F&B Executive will be responsible for managing food and beverage services within the facility, ensuring quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction are upheld to the highest standards. This role supports all aspects of F&B operations, from menu planning to vendor management, within a corporate facilities environment.


Key Responsibilities


Daily Operations Management


  • Oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations, including cafeteria, tuck-shop, and vending services.
  • Ensure efficient staffing, and manage schedules for F&B personnel.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff and vendors to maintain service quality and minimize downtime.

Vendor & Inventory Management


  • Manage relationships with food and beverage vendors, including negotiation and compliance with service agreements.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels of food, beverages, and related supplies.
  • Track inventory usage, receive stock, and coordinate with procurement to place orders as needed.

Quality Control and Compliance


  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards comply with corporate policies and local regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits of F&B areas to maintain high standards in cleanliness, quality, and presentation.
  • Implement and monitor HACCP or equivalent food safety standards.

Menu Planning and Development


  • Collaborate with chefs and F&B vendors to design and update seasonal menus.
  • Introduce healthy and sustainable food options in line with company wellness programs.
  • Monitor customer feedback to improve menu offerings and dining experience.

Financial Management


  • Manage F&B budget, including cost controls, to achieve financial targets.
  • Track and analyze expenses, identify areas for cost-saving without compromising service quality.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, customer feedback, and F&B expenditure.

Customer Service and Experience


  • Actively engage with employees to gather feedback and understand preferences.
  • Ensure a pleasant dining experience by addressing and resolving customer concerns.
  • Organize occasional events to enhance employee satisfaction and promote F&B offerings.

Health & Safety Training


  • Ensure all F&B staff are trained in health, safety, and hygiene best practices.
  • Conduct ongoing training sessions to promote a high standard of food handling and service.

Qualifications and Skills


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, F&B Services, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in F&B management, ideally within a facilities management or corporate environment or Hospitality.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for inventory and financial reporting.
    • Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations.

Other Requirements


  • Working Hours: Flexibility to work shifts as required, including occasional weekends or holidays based on event schedules.
