  • ​​We are seeking a Diverse candidate to manage F&B operations at offices. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, menu planning, staff management, and ensuring quality service. The role requires travel between locations.


    Ideal candidate should have F&B management experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain consistent standards across multiple sites.


    Job Description
    F And B Executive

    Cafeteria
    Weekly menu for Cafeteria ensuring the menu cycle gives due regards to regional taste for local and expats populations.
    • Daily ordering quantity to the vendor.
    • Quality check and the feedback are given to the vendor on daily basis.
    • Checking the grooming standards of the person serving the food.
    • Checking the quality & quantity of food as per requirement.
    • Sending the food for lab test on regular basis to verify the quality and maintain the date for the same.
    • Taking oral feedback & written feedback & taking necessary actions.
    • Ensuring that vendor has correct manpower to run the operation.
    • Checking with vendor for special menu.
    • Updating the vendor if any special requirement or concern related to food service.
    • Kitchen audit will follow on monthly basis
    Pantry
    o Check on quality of coffee, Hot water, Milk pouring & temperature.
    o Checking on the expiry on consumables.
    o Checking on routine machine servicing and any kind of breakdown.
    o Taking actions against any employee’s feedback on the beverages vending.
    o Updating the vendor if any special requirement or concern.
    o Checking on the snack vending machine for soft drinks temperature, refilling and fresh stock.
    o Checking on fast moving items and expiry of other snacks and updating the vendor.
    o Checking on machine breakdown and servicing on regular basis.
    o Checking on machine malfunctioning and refunding on regular basis.
    o Taking employee feedback & act on it.
    o Updating the vendor if any special requirements or concern.
    o Daily water indents and monitors daily consumption.
    o Checking the quality of water dispensers and its temperature.
    o Water test for portability and records maintain.
    o Checking the machine Breakdown and servicing on weekly basis.
    o Updating the vendor in case of any concern.
    Chef Works
    o Checking the cleanliness of the coffee shop area.
    o Grooming for service staff
    o Checking on the quality and quantity of the food on daily special combos.
    o Monthly food sample test.
    o Updating the vendor about companies SOP, Timings & Zero tolerance policy.
    o Monitoring food being served in very hygienic premises at any given time.
    o Taking oral feedback & written feedback & act on it with vendor support.
    o Updating the vendor if any special requirement or concern.
    o Taking care of day to day feedback and suggestions and d maintain the data.
    Main Kitchen Prep Room
    o Ensuring all the kitchen equipments are in proper safety & working conditions and documented, escalated as and when required.
    o General supervision for the hygiene and the quality in the prep room.
    o Checking on the cleanliness of the kitchen and maintaining the checklist on daily basis.
    o Checking the maintenance issues like power supply, exhaust, and drainages.
    o Taking the feedback from the service personal about day to day work and safety.
    o Any issues of concern addressed to the right department and follow up.
    o Updating the chef if any special requirements or concern.
    Kitchen Equipment
    o Checking on the kitchen equipment’s on daily basis for maintenance, service & malfunction.
    o Updating the vendor if any issues on maintenance part & getting it rectified quickly.
    o Maintaining the data for equipment’s breakdown for future reference.
    o If any equipment movement from factory to company PRP is raised ass per company policy.
    o Asking the vendor to train the BMS staff, in case of emergency & minor equipment issues.

    Education and experience


    Bachelor's degree or any Hospitality Diploma with good communication skills.


    5- 6 years  of relevant experience preferably from Hospitality background.

    Strong knowledge of property operations


    Playing a key role, the ideal candidate holds a degree in business or hotel and building management, and at least three years’ experience in facilities management. You must also demonstrate good working knowledge in occupational safety, as well as aptitude in client-centric operations.


    Solid background in team management


    You must have a university degree, with three years’ experience in the field. You’ll need a strong grasp of client satisfaction, as you’ll constantly communicate with our stakeholders. We’ll expect you to provide them with solutions that will continuously improve their systems and save them costs. You’ll also strive to determine if we can provide them other services that may help improve their conditions further.
