Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical F&B Controls Executive to join our team in Mumbai, India. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the food and beverage control processes within our organization, ensuring efficient operations and cost-effectiveness.


  • Supervise the receiving process and handle food and beverage requisitions
  • Prepare sales analysis reports and standard recipe costing
  • Develop and maintain cost reports for food and beverage operations
  • Monitor and control non-food purchases against budget
  • Pre-cost all restaurant and banquet menus to ensure profitability
  • Manage inventory of food, beverage, and general items
  • Establish and maintain minimum and maximum par levels for all store items
  • Ensure smooth and efficient operation of cost control, storerooms, and receiving processes
  • Assist the Director of Finance in preparing financial reports and analysis
  • Identify areas for cost savings and implement strategies to minimize expenses
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in F&B cost control

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of business operations and financial management principles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • In-depth understanding of food and beverage cost control principles
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English and Hindi
