Export Compliance Officer will be associated with the Export Compliance team and the roles and responsibilities will include supporting any of the below listed processes and / or future Export compliance projects / opportunities

oResponsible for export-controlled determination of various IT requests from requestors from different countries.


oActivity will require expertise to understand trade regulations and applying legal regulations and interpretations.


oResponsible for reviewing and approve the access to Honeywell sites from export compliance perspective


oReview of Sales orders and other documents from sanctions and export compliance perspectives.Assist with executing and implementing Honeywell's Sanctions Compliance program, including working collaboratively with Export and Sanctions Compliance teams on risk management strategies.


oReview Export orders for BIS Military End User (MEU) rule for any restrictions and work with the Corporate Export Control team for review and approval.


oPerform screening and conduct due diligence of customers and transactions to identify red flags for sanctions and export compliance.


oWork with Cross Functional teams and support Sanction Compliance Support with reviewing Potential Customers/Suppliers for Projects, Shipments, and Intercompany transaction to meet requirements of sanctions and export compliance


oKnowledge on Export Administration Regulations (EAR) International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).


oContinuous focus on process improvements and attending to various customer requests about export compliance activities.


oShould have the ability to independently close all customer requests successfully with minimum supervision


oCommunicate via phone / E-mail with Export Compliance officer in US and other countries to resolve the export queries.


oWork timings – 1 PM to 10 PM..


·Qualification, Experience and Skills


oBachelor’s degree / master’s degree in any stream.


o2- -3 Years of work experience in any US MNC with SAP / ERP or any other Web Enabled Tools.


oExposure to US culture, export control / import controls will be an added advantage.


oShould possess sound analytical skills and the ability to understand complex business rules when processing reports


oHands on experience in MS Office (Excel, word, Power point) & other related tools.
