As an Experience Research Vice President within the Design and Customer experience team, you will craft research strategies, conduct studies, and deliver actionable insights for digital projects. You will inspire stakeholders with compelling user stories and drive improvements in user experience.


Job responsibilities


  • Scope and craft research strategies, conducting studies to deliver actionable insights.
  • Translate questions into testable hypotheses with appropriate research methods.
  • Understand internal client needs and user questions.
  • Develop and execute research strategies on time and on budget.
  • Provide design recommendations with conviction and empathy.
  • Deliver concise reports and presentations under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with designers to enhance information architecture and design elements.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


  • Minimum 5 years of user experience with web and mobile projects.
  • Strong understanding of user interface design practices and principles.
  • Proficient in user experience research tools and techniques.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills


  • Experience in interactive design, information architecture, or market research.
  • Knowledge of UserTesting, UserZoom, Optimal Workshop, SurveyMonkey, Excel, R, SPSS, Figma, or similar tools.
  • Experience planning and facilitating workshops with stakeholders.
