Your new role – challenging and future-oriented:


  • Sufficient technical understanding, especially regarding manufacturing processes
  • Organizational skills: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Communication skills: Clear and effective communication with various departments, suppliers, and customers.
  • Analytical skills: The ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of logistics: understanding of supply chain processes and the logistics industry.
  • Detail orientation: accuracy and attention to detail to avoid errors.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with others to achieve common goals.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing requirements and circumstances.
  • Time Management: efficient use of time to meet deadlines and complete projects on time.
  • The candidate shall keep track of our parts / POs in the production process and share the status updates during Commodity Circle meetings.
  • Candidate shall be able to prioritize the components as demanded by business needs and shall monitor and enforce the progress at the supplier’s site.
  • Moderation of expediting report meetings

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds:


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Specialization in manufacturing process is desirable.
  • Casting knowledge is mandatory (steel mandatory, iron optional)
  • Metal Fabrication & Machining knowledge will be an added advantage
  • 6+ years of professional experience in Energy business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management and/or Supply Chain Management.
  • Applicant must have the experience of working in a wide network or cross-functional team involving Engineering, Procurement, Product Management and Quality.
  • Excellent project management, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You are curious, learn fast, pro-active and driven by results, while having a strong sense for prioritization and focus on what matters most.
