The Role


As an Expeditor with Worley,you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc….


  • We are looking for an experienced Expeditor to join our team at the Andheri location. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in expediting, with a strong background in oil and gas projects. A technical qualification (B.E/B.Tech or DIP/ITI) is required for this role.
  • Expedite the procurement and timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services required for oil and gas projects.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams, project managers, and vendors to ensure that orders are processed and delivered on schedule.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with project timelines and specifications.
  • Track and update the status of orders, shipments, and deliveries, ensuring that all project requirements are met.
  • Resolve any delays or issues with suppliers, and maintain communication to ensure efficient resolution.
  • Review and verify all shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and certifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of all orders, deliveries, and supplier communications.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to project teams on the status of deliveries and material readiness.
  • Assist with any logistical or documentation issues related to the supply of materials for oil and gas projects.
  • Ensure that all deliveries comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards relevant to the oil and gas industry.

About You


To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:


  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as an Expeditor or in a similar role, with a focus on oil and gas projects.
  • Strong knowledge of the supply chain, procurement, and logistics processes within the oil and gas sector.
  • A technical qualification such as B.E/B.Tech or DIP/ITI is required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems, procurement software, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Previous experience working on large-scale oil and gas projects / Green Energy Projects .
  • Knowledge of materials management,
  • Experience with project scheduling and monitoring delivery timelines.
