Job Description
Implement customer documentation for hardware and software products. Work closely with product development teams to research and understand technical information about the product to write customer documentation for the appropriate audience. Coordinate documentation plans and document outlines; defining audience, determining task list, identifying technical information requirements. Work with outside translation providers to coordinate translated documents. Discover and drive innovative Tech Communication initiatives, which may include assessing strategies for intelligent content, content management, and translations. Develop mechanisms for monitoring delivery of documents to ensure they are on time and on budget

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in media computer science or related field
- Experience in creating technical documentation
- Proficiency in web and database applications
- Programming skills in 4D, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Ability to communicate technical products clearly
- Strong writing skills for complex information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Adobe programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop)
- Knowledge of PLM and CAD systems (Creo parametric, Siemens Teamcenter)
- Creative with a strong sense of design and user-friendliness
- Experience with AI applications
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
- Willing to travel globally (10-15% of the time).
