The Project Coordinator plays an important part in the Professional Services we offer to our customers.In this role, the individual will be responsible for:


  • Working with our internal team members and partners who are focused on implementing our Quality Management software and Life Sciences Applications Suite of products.
  • Assisting our PMO team with purchase order balance reviews, time sheet reviews, and project dashboard reviews.
  • Help with the onboarding and offboarding of partners.
  • Drive improvements to our business process.
  • Performing invoicing and financial reporting tasks.
  • Manage the certificates and feedback process for trainees who have completed courses.
  • Effective communication regarding reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files.
  • Organizing reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access.
  • An ability to review internal and external reporting of time sheets.

This position will be based in the Pune, India.


YOU MUST HAVE


  • Excellent analytical, logical, presentation and interpersonal communication skills as it relates to customer and internal facing activities.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in an analytical and business environment using Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with the use and management of Salesforce Application.
  • Experience using SAP.
  • Prior experience working in a software company.
  • An understanding of Quality Systems in Life Sciences, Medical Device, or Consumer Products sectors.
  • Willing to fulfill occasional travel requirement.
