·Lead the EXIM process of the site
·Maintain import documents
·Processing of customs duty & Charge Model update in M3.
·Ensuring Submission of import documents to finance for payment process.
·On time payment of bills to freight forwarders
·Maintain customs duty payment & service provider bill submission report
·Import shipment booking via freight forwarders and express service providers
·Checklist approval for impot shipments
·Relationship management with Forwarders and CHA
·Coordinate with Finance, IDM, Purchase, SCM for import laisoning
·Create opportunities on cost reduction by shipment consolidation
·Work closely with Customs officials and DGFT authorities and generate ideas providing cash flow – like Draw Back Brand Rates, Advance License etc.
·Well versed with Legal metrology, DGFT and customs policies and procedures
