Job Description

  1. Maintaining Export Gate In containers detail and sharing with all concerned.
  2. Coordinating with CHAs for getting maximum OFN
  3. After getting LEO from custom, updating details in Elogisol
  4. Coordination with Gate Team, YMS surveyor for updating container details in Elogisol.
  5. Coordination with CRM/CS team for rail out planning.
  6. Preparing rake load plan and uploading the same in RMS
  7. Sharing of Rake load plan with ICD operation team.
  8. Maintaining export pendency.
  9. After container rail out, sharing the rail out details with all concerns.
  10. Sharing RR details with customers and CRM/CS team.
  11. Getting import pendency (container details from JNPT)
  12. Coordination with IT department to get SMTP copy.
  13. Updating SMTP details in Elogisol.
  14. Maintaining import train summary in excel sheet party wise.
  15. After rake arrival, sharing train summary to all concern.
  16. Handling CHA’s query for their containers.
  17. Preparation of seal cutting job order in Elogisol and sharing with CHA’s.
  18. After getting out of charge from custom updating the same in Elogisol.
  19. Coordination with Gate & YMS team before updating out of charge details in Elogisol.
  20. Ensure to prepare various reports & showing with concerned in time.
  21. Ensure there should not be any revenue leakages.
  22. Plan to utilize equipment optimally and its proper management.
  23. Ensure to bring efficiency in operations by providing best timely service to customers.
  24. To have zero customer complaints.
  25. Cost saving initiatives. 
  26. To follow safety and security norms of the company strictly and its implementation on the ground.
  27. To maintain relationships with internal employees as well as with external vendors/ Customers/ Govt. authorities.
  28. To follow strictly the SOPs.
  29. Managing Team off-roll and on-rolls Attrition within 5%
  30. Maintaining Customer Level Operations SLA
  31. Maintaining Customer Level Transpiration SLA.
