• Experience with 4-6 Years in handling service calls
• Engineering Graduate from Printing/Graphic Art/Ink Industry would be preferred
• Candidate from Service Engineer background with excellent business English communication skills can also apply
• Willing to take up additional responsibilities.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Effective communication skills in English and Hindi are Mandatory
• Exceptional customer service skills.
