Our Human Resources team helps drive business outcomes by empowering HPE team members. As an Executive Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in our Talent Acquisition (TA) organization. Reporting to the Manager of Executive Recruiting, you will be aligned to multiple business units to deliver against the executive recruiting needs supporting HPE’s strategic business imperatives. You’ll build relationships with senior business and HR stakeholders to identify, plan and implement recruiting strategies that drive an effective process which results in an impactful hire. With your extensive expertise in talent research, insights, and mapping, you’ll build diverse, top-tier executive talent pipelines. Your focus will be on providing an outstanding candidate experience and attracting top leaders to HPE. Aligned with these stakeholders, you’ll function as an internal talent scout by supporting internal talent moves and the succession process in conjunction with the Talent Management and DEI teams. 

What you’ll do:


Primary ResponsibilitiesProactively collaborate with senior leaders, HR, and business partners to identify executive talent gaps, emerging themes, and needs that affect executive talent acquisition.Design and execute innovative candidate sourcing strategies tailored to meet organizational goals.Partner across HR to ensure a seamless and satisfying recruiting experience from start to finish.Create and implement strategies to build diverse candidate slates using all available recruiting tools and methodologies.Effectively represent and market HPE’s employment brand, business objectives, and global career opportunities to attract top talent.Work closely with hiring managers, business HR, and the executive compensation team to craft and deliver compelling, competitive, and balanced offers.•Responsible for market/talent insights, talent mapping and enabling internal talent flow for executives.

What you need to bring:


Experience and SkillsOver 10 years of progressive recruiting experience, with a strong preference for expertise in Technology.3+ years of experience in recruiting for executive roles (Director, VP, SVP).Exceptional track record in developing and executing strategic executive recruiting strategies that align with business objectives.Expertise in building diverse talent pipelines and nurturing long-term prospect relationships.Proven ability to influence and achieve goals through collaboration with business leaders, HR partners, HR Centers of Excellence, and external partners.In-depth knowledge of the external talent landscape, including market trends, competitors, and general talent availability.Excellent business acumen and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data and its implications clearly.Technologically savvy, with proficiency in navigating ATS and CRM tools, with familiarity in Workday preferred.
