Overview The Franchise Strategy Manager leads the development and execution of 3–5-year Revenue Growth Management (RGM) led sales strategies for the bottling partners, focusing on occasion-based Price Pack Architecture (PPA), promo and mix mangement. This role is key in shaping bottler market-facing strategies to solve key business problems to enhance brand equity, profitability, and drive consumer centricity within the Franchise (Bottlers) ecosystem or grow share and Net Revenue. He / she will be the market facing lead and actively coordinate with bottlers and franchise teams in a consultative manner to solve short and long term PPA challenges. Key responsibilities include: Collaborates with International Franchise and Sector teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects Drive interactions, lead delivery and project pitches with International Franchise, Sector leads and the BU Franchise teams and the bottlers Lead a team of consultants and analysts to deliver high impact solutions basis the key pain points for the markets Leads the development of strategic occasion led PPA opportunities to meet client needs and enhance franchise P&L performance. Understand consumer behavior and market trends to tailor brand positioning and pricing strategies. Lead collaboration with franchise managers and revenue leads to optimize PPA, ensuring alignment with client expectations. Engage with cross-functional teams to align strategies with franchise goals and regulatory standards, providing client-focused solutions. Use advanced analytics to address client challenges and drive growth, applying a consultative approach. Develop and implement long-term strategies to maximize brand value and profitability in response to client needs. Demonstrate deep expertise in RGM and franchise management, particularly within the beverage industry. Build market knowledge expertise through immersions when possible. Effectively manage relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and impactful recommendations. Ensure strategies align with market goals, compliance standards, and enhance client satisfaction. The Franchise Strategy manager uses advanced analytics to align brand and pricing strategies with strategic goals, compliance standards, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead RGM projects to solve business problems on promotions optimization, pricing, competitor benchmarking and Price Pack Architecture (PPA) to enhance franchise performance. Apply a consultative approach, demonstrate strong analytical skills, and maintain a deep understanding of RGM and franchise dynamics Conduct trend / SWOT analysis on sales and consumer data to identify market opportunities, highlight franchise strengths and suggest corrective PPA actions. Monitor and develop KPI metrics, uncovering correlations and root causes to guide data-driven decisions for franchise partners. Build and maintain dashboards to provide franchise stakeholders with actionable insights and accelerate decision-making. Improve the use of operational and performance data to support Business Intelligence (BI) and franchise growth initiatives. Assist in developing training and capability plans for team members to ensure continuous growth and expertise. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales, pricing and promotions management, with a deep understanding of pricing strategies, market dynamics, and consumer behavior in a franchise context. Strong experience in the FMCG sector with expertise in Revenue Management processes, including promotions, pricing, and sales, - within franchise operations is a added advantage Working knowledge of Power BI & advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, In-depth understanding of statistical modeling, including regression analysis and elasticity computations, to guide team members carry out simulations and build/automate models that support pricing and promotions decisions Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate them effectively for data-driven decision-making. Strong consultative approach to problem-solving and analytical acumen, with awareness of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and franchise dynamics. Effective team player who collaborates well across functions to develop cohesive pricing and promotions strategies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders. Willingness to go beyond expectations to solve challenges and drive success for franchise partners. Highly organized and responsive, with ability to work to SLAs and tight deadlines Consultative problem solve in sales & strategy Numerate thinker, good at data analysis with strong attention to detail Language skills - English fluent and ability to lead conversations with CxOs Excellent written and oral communication skills; proactively communicates using appropriate methods for situation and audience in clear, concise and professional manner Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams Agile, Flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities Organization effectiveness
