Job Description

Overview PepsiCo is seeking a resourceful and skilled PMO with over 8 years of experience to support various projects and functions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing day to day activities within PMO Office, including managing complex project related administrative work, various reports and data requests, travel arrangements, coordinating high-level meetings, maintaining various project and team related records, and supporting other PMO activities. Responsibilities Manage the Project Management Office (PMO) for the function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Managing and updating Monthly Scorecards, track progress on goals and achievement Provide support on various data request, FTE, contractors ID requests and various other day to day tasks Manage complex and frequently changing travel arrangements and coordinate pre-planning of trips and agendas Coordinate and set up high-level meetings, reviews, and special events. Create and manage organizational filing systems (Documentation Hub) for easy access to critical information and documents. Compile and prepare presentations for meetings and project reviews. Prepare SOPs for future reference and create email distribution lists. Manage ad-hoc responsibilities such as setting up global meetings in different time zones. Take minutes of meetings (MoM) and track the timely closure of critical action items. Update and maintain calendars and develop alert systems for upcoming deadlines on incoming requests, projects, and events. Engage with leadership in driving workshops related to projects and assist with team-building initiatives. Conduct orientation for the new joiners and ensure they are enabled from the day-1. Support PMO activities including project tracking, status reporting, and coordination of various administrative activities. Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, templates, and tools. Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables. Work with various Executive Assistants to coordinate messaging on various changes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, IT). 8-10 years Proven experience as PMO or Executive Assistant or in a similar role within IT. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong expertise with MS Excel and PowerPoint is a must for this role. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Experience in managing travel arrangements and coordinating high-level meetings
