Overview The main focus of this role will be to support the DX team for Plaogorman automation, PoG validator, Pdf to POG tools for incremental developments and support for running planograms. Currently, tools are deployed in north America and aim is to scale it further within North America and other markets across the globe. Responsibilities Work with DX team, design leads, sector capability leads to create awareness and knowledge of the tool Provide point of view on newer functionalities that can be added to enhance the tool Take accountability of designing, building and enhancing the front end of tool Assist with materials for tool and analysis for the Krogers team including relevant effectiveness and efficient PoG analysis Work with advisor team on enhancing platform to fit needs for each relay Work with IT to mainin hosting it on Azure with minimal downtime Expadn platform to new accounts like Walmart, Target Use sound engineering principles to develop robust and sustainable solutions Enhance and maintain platform UI Ensuring programs are aligned with insights and sector leads Qualifications B.S./M.S. in quantitative discipline required (e.g. computer science, mathematics, operations research, engineering.) 9+ years of coding experience with team management and stakeholder management with product development backgroud Exceptional project management and organizational skills A team player, who thrives on working collaboratively, inspiring others and bringing out the best in others. Work in ambiguous environment and establish new pathways and processes Full stack development experience Exposure to building UI in react library Experience on building backend in node.js Design experience on HTML Experience with using project management tools such as DevOps (good to have) Code deployment using tools such as GitHub (good to have) Azure ecosystem exposure (good to have) Programming experience in Python (good to have)
