Executive - Logistics (F/M/D)

• Material Pick up Planning, Consolidation of LCL’s, Freight optimization & Documentation
• Customs Clearance (Air & Sea), availing customs notification & exemption on duty
• Familiar with Customs Tariff classifications
• Local Transportation & Freight optimization
• Documentation for material Inward, IV. & GRN
• MIS Reporting and measuring KPI
• Regulatory Compliance & Other requirements
• Coordinate and monitor CHA activities.
• Forwarders Service Bill receiving, verification and approving.
• Updating the status to Planner and sales coordinators.

• Graduate with 4+ years of experience in a Multi-National Company.
• Supply Chain or Logistics Certification or courses would be an added advantage.
• Good Communication skills to interact with Global teams.
• Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
• MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS word experience is must.
