Role - Executive - Human Resources
Job Summary:
The Human Resource Executive typically involves a range of responsibilities related to supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth operations within an organization. The person works closely with HR managers, employees, and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient HR operations.
Qualification, Education & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience of 2 to 4 years in an HR Executive and Compliance role.
  • Knowledge for Payroll, compliance, employee benefits and Employee life cycle.
Responsibilities:
  • Facilitates new employee onboarding by preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and coordinating training sessions.
  • Serves as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provides assistance on HR-related matters.
  • Addresses employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in collaboration with HR management.
  • Maintains employee records and updates in HRMS system.
  • Assists employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Collaborates with benefit providers and HR team to resolve issues and ensure accurate data management.
  • Knowledge for statutory compliance and payroll inputs maintenance
  • Maintains accurate HR documentation, including personnel files, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Participates in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a positive work culture.
  • Collaborates with HR team members to support organizational goals and objectives.
Business Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
General Skills:
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
