About the Opportunity: As an Experience Design Executive Director within our Global Private Bank Design Team, you will lead and inspire a talented group of designers to create exceptional digital products and services. You will set the vision and methodology for design, ensuring a user-centric approach that delivers simple, engaging, and innovative experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to bring new ideas to life.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage a global user experience design team for client and advisor platforms.
  • Expand the team while maintaining brand consistency and scalable design systems.
  • Achieve project goals and metrics at and after launch.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Advocate for client and advisor experiences as a leader in the organization.
  • Develop and present design concepts and prototypes.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers to foster professional growth.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:


  • Online portfolio demonstrating superior product design experiences.
  • 10+ years of experience in product design and graphic/visual development.
  • Experience managing design teams.
  • BFA or BA in a related design field.
  • Ability to synthesize complex needs and provide thought leadership.
  • Understanding of responsive web and mobile application design.
  • Expertise in Figma and digital accessibility principles.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:


  • Wealth management industry experience.
  • Familiarity with current technologies and their application to digital experiences.
  • Ability to adapt and change direction based on team and stakeholder consensus.
