ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities


  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing, and implementing solutions.
  • Financial business data analysis, P&L account analysis and other financial strategy improvement implementation.
  • Sitting in on ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
  • Retrieving and analyzing data using data management systems.
  • Implement and Monitor metrics, analyzing data and partnering with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities.
  • Supporting Operations Head in driving critical initiatives at a central level.
  • Tracking of critical initiatives at a central level
  • Preparing of monthly / fortnightly / weekly dashboards for management visibility and review
  • Supporting cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of the existent program implementation.
  • Driving small to medium operational enhancement projects.
  • Help foster trusting relationships with vendors and team members 
  • Research and implement cost reduction opportunities.
  • Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up, and customer service skills. 
  • Analyze competition actions to spot market trends and formulate or alter sales direction strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES



  • MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Business Analytics
  • Good communication skills backed by strong listening skills to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstration of strong planning skills essential and good project management skills.
  • Experience of using various data management and analysis tools.
  • Strong desire to improve our service, products, and processes, with ability to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work across the business to implement and execute change.
  • Ability to impact organization results through influence across organizational boundaries.
  • Strong networker, influencer, and team player.
