ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary position
Objectives
- Objective: Ensure the timely and cost-effective execution of civil construction projects by coordinating all on-site activities, managing resources, and adhering to project schedules.
- Key Actions: Develop and manage project timelines, oversee daily construction activities, and address any delays or issues promptly.
- Civil maintenance & expansion activities site monitoring

Key responsibilities
- Review, interpret, and verify engineering drawings, specifications, and design documents to ensure accurate implementation and compliance on site.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive records of construction activities, progress reports, and any deviations from the project plan.
- Coordinate daily activities with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations and adherence to project schedules.
- Prepare, maintain, and review documentation related to quality control and assurance to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction quality and verify that work meets technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Document and report any issues, changes, or concerns to the project manager and other relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local, state regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
- Provide safety training and support to site personnel and investigate any safety incidents to implement preventive measures.
- Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and presentations to clients and senior management as required.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 4 years of relevant experience in civil construction and execution.
- To have good knowledge of word, excel & PPT.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Site-based work requiring physical presence on construction sites.
- Good Communication skills in English language, both oral and written.
