Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant.
This role involves managing administrative tasks, supporting daily
operations, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage calendars and emails using tools like Google Calendar.
2. Coordinate travel arrangements and assist with banking-related tasks.
3. Handle office errands, including purchasing stationery.
4. Manage different time zones and coordinate for requirements from the Leaders
Skills and Requirements:
1. Experience of 2 to 4 years in global setup of managing international stakeholders and working in multiple timezones.
2. Basic proficiency in G Suite (Calendar, Excel, and Word).
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Preferred candidates should reside in NCR region.
5. Availability to work from the office 3-5 days a week as required.
6. Ownership of a two-wheeler (scooty/bike) is preferred for office errands (not mandatory).
