About you and this role:
As an Executive Assistant to Country President/ Senior Administrative Specialist based in Mumbai you will play the role of Executive Assistant to the Country President provides high-level administrative and strategic support. You also lead special projects, ensure operational efficiency, and handle confidential information with discretion. You work with a limited degree of supervision, with full authority of the supported leader(s). strong analytical abilities, advanced technical proficiency, and the capacity to build and maintain professional relationships will be of great advantage. This role demands a proactive and strategic mindset to support the Country President in achieving business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Organizing and managing the country president's schedule, including Independently managing meetings, events, travel plans and visitor processes.
- Relationship Building: Building and maintaining relationships inside and outside the workgroup, driving a culture of trust and transparency, and targeting communications to different audiences.
- Communication and Liaison: Serve as the primary liaison between the country president and senior management, clients, and key stakeholders. Draft, review, and manage high-level correspondence, ensuring clear and effective communication on behalf of the country president.
- Technical Proficiency: Experienced with business software applications, staying up to date with technology, and quickly learning new internal systems. Demonstrated SME traits with MS Office platform, Dow Systems software and collaborations tools.
- Project Management: Lead and manage special projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project milestones and deliverables. Managing presentations, meeting minute, meeting facilitation, slide formatting, action tracking, etc
- Process Compliance: Manage TER reporting, review and approve TERs on behalf of leader. Informs individuals of discrepancies. Ensure employees adhere to company policy requirements including Dow's Code of Business Conduct.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum bachelor’s degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience as Executive Assistant to CEO/MD
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Know-how of Power BI will be added advantage

- Relocation is not available for this position.
- The ability to accommodate flexible schedule aligned with international time Zone is essential.
