About The Role

As we invest in our growth, we’re looking for a talented highly organised, proactive, and experienced Executive Assistant for India based out of our Mumbai office. This unique role combines the responsibilities of an Executive Assistant and managing Country Operations, offering a challenging and rewarding opportunity for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex projects, driving business development initiatives, overseeing country operations, and ensuring seamless administrative support. You will also act as a key liaison between the Country Head and global stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and project management.


What You’ll Be Doing

Executive Support:


  • Manage the Country Head's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Conduct research and provide information and recommendations to the Country Head.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Strategic Support:


  • Assist in strategic planning and execution of business development initiatives.
  • Coordinate and oversee country operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Country Head, providing insights and recommendations on various matters.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the Country Head and other senior leaders.

Project Management:


  • Lead and manage special projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and report on key milestones.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.

Office Administration:


  • Oversee office administration, including facilities management, supplies procurement, and vendor relations.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day office activities.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Manage office budgets and expenses.

Global Stakeholder Coordination:


  • Act as a point of contact for global stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and project coordination.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and events involving global teams.
  • Provide project management support to global initiatives as needed.
  • Ensure alignment between local and global priorities.

Business Development:


  • Demonstrate a business development front of mind, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Represent the company in meetings and events, which may require travel.
  • Contribute to the growth and expansion of the business in the region.
