Job Description
- Propose agendas, coordinate, and document Staff Meetings, Monthly Business Reviews, All Associate meetings and Leadership Team workshops.
- Host regular meetings such as the Monthly Leadership Team Meeting and Staff Meetings.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
- Assist in preparing presentations, financial reports, and key business documents.
- Coordinate skip-level meetings by developing invitee list and publishing meeting minutes.
- Conduct or provide assistance for internal audits
- Support regional policy deployment activities.
- Implement CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) activities within Syntegon India
- Ensure annual ratification of authorization to sign binding external correspondence
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specialization Strategy, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- 12-14 years of experience in strategy, business consulting, corporate planning, or executive support roles
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for business insights
