Job Description
Aryng is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and business-savvy individual to join our leadership team as the Executive Assistant / Chief of staff to the Founder and CEO, Piyanka Jain. This role demands a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication skills. You will provide high-level administrative and operational support, ensuring seamless coordination of activities, follow-ups, and efficient time management for the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support:
- Manage and organize Piyanka's calendar with precision, ensuring efficient scheduling, prioritizing, and balancing commitments.
- Take full responsibility for coordinating and executing follow-ups on behalf of the CEO with internal teams and external clients.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed, demonstrating solid business and financial understanding.
- Handle Piyanka's travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring smooth travel experiences.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Serve as the first point of contact, representing the CEO in client communications with professionalism and clarity.
- Manage communications, screen emails, and respond on behalf of the CEO when required.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating strong relationships and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Strategic & Financial Oversight:
- Manage invoicing and account receivables via invoicing apps.
- Edit and send client contracts and SOW on behalf of the CEO.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams on business operations and strategic initiatives that require executive input.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset & Problem Solving:
- Proactively anticipate needs and provide solutions in dynamic business situations.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to pivot as priorities shift within the fast-paced startup environment.
- Utilize your tech-savviness and continuous learning attitude to adapt to new tools and systems as required by the role.
